[问与答] 用 aria2c 从 https://cdn.jsdelivr.net 下载，经常发生 SSL/TLS handshake failure，但有时候也能成功下载

Windows10 ，经常要重试好几次才行，自己为 aria2c 配了一个证书，刚用的时候工作很好，最近出错的几率增大了。

报错如下：
