[Windows] Edge 浏览器打开境外网站似乎比 Chrome 快一些

早上突然发现 V2 打不开，因为以前遇到过类似的，所以第一时间重启 clash 和 Chrome ，结果没什么用。然后试了下 Edge ，发现 Edge 秒开！ 再试了 github ，也是秒开。 这时候 Chrome 也可以打开了，但是需要转一会才能打开，再试试 Edge ，依旧秒开。 （但是有些不习惯 Edge 的界面）

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
