[Steam] Steam 家庭成员退出后有一年的冷静期，但是家庭创建一年以后解散重组是不是就可以绕过这个限制？

大致研究了一下规则，说是一个人退出 Steam 家庭后，他原来占用的那个车位在一年内不能有其他人加入。以及一个人在加入一个家庭后，一年内不能加入另一个新家庭。

如果这样的话，是不是在这个家庭创建的一年后，所有人退出并解散掉，然后重新拉新家庭，就可以实现家庭的换人重组，并且不会有一个车位在一年内不能加人进来？
