[Windows] windows qq 系是不是脑瘫？

本人这几天饱受 dwm.exe gpu 使用率飙升，系统巨卡无法操作之苦。 集显独显驱动降级/升级啥的都没用，最后没辙重装系统可是过一段时间之后还是如此。


我现在基本可以确定，是安装了 QQ NT 版导致 dwm gpu 使用率飙升。。。。。旧版本 QQ 不会这样。
另外 QQ 音乐也会导致系统变卡，不过没有 QQ NT 那么严重。。。


还 TM New Technoly ，我看 NT 是脑瘫的意思，只想对腾讯 QQ 系 C 语言输出
