[职场话题] saas 一线公司拖欠两工资与差旅报销

坐标广深的某一线？全国布局的 saas 服务商因内部未透露原因？

拖欠工资达 2-3 个月、差旅报销接近 10 个月。

如此情况下，也不裁员，也不说明真实情况，只说公司困难，然后让各部门（已知包括销售，售前，实施交付等）员工自行离职，没有补偿。

如果选择自离的公司方案是签保密协议，保证多长时间内补充发完全部拖欠工资与差旅）
