1 、有一台还能用，硬盘格式化后，坏人还能恢复吗？使用哪个方式格式化最安全？然后怎么处理？转转，爱回收还是京东？

2 、还有一台笔记本电脑起不来了，也不想修了。打算买个硬盘盒把硬盘的东西拷出来。然后平台还能收吗？还是只能当废品卖了？
