[分享发现] 外包公司是一个暴利行业，利润在 30%~55% 之间

项目外包形式：中标一个项目，一次性给甲方吃 15~25%不等的回扣，逢年过节还得孝敬，比如茶叶、烟酒、油卡、购物卡...

人力外包形式：进去一个人力，每个月都需要给甲方领导吃 1k 回扣，比如进了 10 个人，一个月甲方就吃 1w 块回扣，一年是 12w 回扣

近期在负责项目预算申请的相关事项，在申请审批文件上看到公司给外包公司的高级开发是 35k ，我比较好奇他们能拿多少，就私下里问了几个高级外包，有 1 个拿 18k ，4 个拿 20k...
