[NAS] 群晖多条线路接入如何设置，实现固定 IP 和大带宽分工？

现有 NAS ，之上拓扑如图。

请教如何实现以下诉求：
1 、通过固定 IP 线路从公网可以找到 NAS 进行管理（映射端口或 DDNS ）。
2 、通过 2KM 线路进行数据上传下载。
