[签证] 关于澳洲旅游签证申请，求建议

19 年的时候申请过 1 次旅游签，当时是白本，被拒了，理由是银行流水支出的太少了； 目前打算再申请一次，现在护照出境记录有马来西亚，印尼，日本，请问申请需要注意什么，需不需要解释信之类的，无房无车。 求建议
