[Google] 如何把港区 Google Play 市场账号换成美区的？

很多很多年前港区还是很好用的，而且自己的梯子也是港区，也充值上面买了些软件（不知道是不是就锁区了）。最近因为痴迷 chatgpt ，但港区 play 市场没有，一定要换美区，可是已经按网上说的把梯子放到美国了，开了全局，重置了市场数据后一样还是给我显示港区的内容，同时系统还把我识别成了中国地址。大家有什么法子？
