[问与答] 如何做一个“本地电视”？

我不知道我描述的这个东西有没有专业名字，先称呼它为本地电视。

这个东西要想老电视一样开机就能播放，播放的是本地资源的视频，他不需要像 nas 这样强大的系统，我只用来看电影，这个设备硬件要能播放蓝光原版视频，我的电脑播放某些本地视频会卡顿，应该是硬件太拉跨了

这种东西有没有卖的，如果没有如何自己做一个呢
