[问与答] 房东要我签“合同丢失声明”

是这样的，上个月底我退了一个房子，当时由于没有及时退还押金，所以合同我也没还给她，结果第二天就把押金退给了我，当时收到押金后，就把租房合同给撕烂冲马桶了，因为上面有个人私隐信息。今天房东打电话来说如果交不回合同就要签丢失声明，从来没签过这种东西，有什么坑在里面吗？
