[iPhone] iPhone Surge 提示「网络质量差」

iPhone 15 Pro Max ，移动+电信双卡，电信卡上网，Surge 时不时会提示「网络质量差」，此时确实是处于「网络断流」状态（有信号不低于三格但没流量），一两秒后又弹「网络已恢复」，此时网络恢复正常。
其实这和 Surge 无关，Surge 只是把网络真实情况反映出来，就是 iPhone 信号烂，但除了蜂窝网络会这样，连接 WiFi 时也会（路由器就在手机旁）。不知有无同样症状的朋友？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
