[问与答] 如何时 LAV 视频解码器输出和输入帧率一致

如题。目前 LAV 解码器会将视频解码成和屏幕一致的分辨率。如屏幕时 90hz ，但输入是 24hz 。但解码输出也是 90hz 。现在想输入是 24hz ，输出就是 24hz 。该怎么设置？
