[Android] 关于安卓 elnk 设备强制刷新 api

目前在开发 elnk 屏幕上使用的安卓 app ，但是不知道安卓对于 elnk 强制刷新有没有提供 api 。还是说这种 api 需要找各个电纸书厂家对接？请问有没有经验的人提供点建议，谢谢。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
