[职场话题] 亲妹目前国企建筑行业 想转互联网行业 我该劝她吗

目前在中建十八局，大学学的工程造价。工作快三年了，想换互联网的原因有这几个：

1.众所周知的原因，建筑行业不景气。前两年到手工资还有 1w ，现在基本就 6k 了

2.夕阳产业

3.加班很多，基本每天 22:00 点

4.也有裁员

我其实还停留在国企稳定，工作轻松的水平上。如果转互联网的话有什么建议的行业吗
