这是基于 NTQQ 运行的插件，效果如大家所见，支持图文加密解密。我花了不少时间写的这个，加密和解密都是在本地进行。如果被人拿去做违法的事情，我会有什么后果？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
