[程序员] 求助一个一键 http 代理脚本

求一个一键脚本，弄一个简单的 http 代理就行，如果能支持配置端口账号密码就更好了
主要是给 jetbrains 家的软件配置一下，试一下可不可行

网上搜了几个没敢用，大伙儿有无推荐的🫡

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
