[问与答] 晚上睡觉，塞那种隔音耳塞这种有没有其他副作用

半夜总是被一些声音吵醒，买了个隔音耳塞，材质是海绵，佩戴还算舒服，但是这个佩戴一个晚上，对耳朵没有影响吗，来求教下。
