[Windows] 问下现在 Win10/11 里面“软件限制策略”是不是对内置.exe 开绿灯

如题，以前在“组策略”“软件限制策略”里面，对难缠的软件直接 Block

现在在 Win10/11 里面，对 C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge 里面的 .exe 进行 block ，似乎没有效果，该死的 Edge 依旧可以(自动)运行~！

组策略难道现在对内置应用开绿灯了么~！

  3. Adjust your preference.
