重启电脑可短暂解决，不知道在开启什么东西后又重复上述现象。

网上搜的方法都不太对路，求问大佬可有解决办法~

Chrome (Android)

  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
