[生活] 求推荐睡眠耳塞

各位大爹，隔壁新搬来一个，洗漱时间很早，开水龙头的声音很大，因为是隔断房，隔音不好，影响睡眠
戴那种普通的睡眠耳塞感觉用处不太大，带 AirPods Pro 开降噪又不舒适，有没有那种降噪效果好一点的睡眠耳塞😭
