[哔哩哔哩] 有没有办法小窗播放 B 站视频，同时播放弹幕？

如题，喜欢干活的时候放点音频播客类的视频，弹幕也不会很多，一分钟几条。

B 站自己的播放页面，滚动到评论区的时候会转成小窗播放，这个小窗是有弹幕的，但只能显示在当前页面，换个标签页就没这个小窗了。

浏览器自带的小窗播放可以全局置顶，最小化浏览器也能看，但是不播放弹幕。

有没有什么方法，既能全局置顶小窗播放，又能播放弹幕？

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
