[程序员] 应届生请教一下各位前辈

学历民本，无实习，目前秋招投递没有面试，只有两三个需要去线下的（太远），我计划等 11 月份找一个相对工作岗位多点的城市租一个月试试能不能找几个线下的，可以帮忙推荐几个城市吗？
另外，开发这条路走不通的话，我想试试运维，运维这个岗位怎么样
