[健康] 年纪轻轻缺钙,有啥办法快速补钙吗

##两年前体检
骨密度测试,小于成年人骨峰值 2.5 个标准值,结论是 [骨质疏松症可能]

##最近八电级体质秤
骨盐量 2.6kg ,不足标准值的 3.2kg

#平时的习惯:

  • 早上固定 250ml 纯牛奶
  • 中午饭后隔三差五吃维生素 d+钙片
  • 晚上经常熬夜,平时不爱出门也不爱开窗

感觉还像是维生素 d 不够导致的, 再多的钙都吸收不了。 马上今年体检就要来了, 问下万能的 v 友, 有没有什么快速的补钙方式?
