有没有大佬帮我看看这个商标局网站为什么邮箱和电话的位置都不能填写

可以简单解释下

因为找代理机构向国家商标局提交的商标被驳回了，复议申请代理公司要收我 2k+，成功率也是随机，可能代理公司已经把我的信息已经在商标局注册过，所以没办法锡注册只能使用找回密码这个途径，但是这个破网站不仅设置了很高的技术门槛防止个人注册还找回密码都这么困难。
