[问与答] 关于房子，大家觉得这种方式是否可行

用较低的价格买一个老破小(也不是太老十年左右吧)，主要用来给孩子上学用。然后租出去，拿着租金再加点钱去租一个同学区稍微好一点的房子。这样压力小且能提高居住水平。以我在的地方举例一百万左右的房子能租到两千左右，然后附近二百多万的房子租金大约是三千五。

缺点就是不稳定可能面临房东随时用房的风险，其次是是装修方面没办法完全按照自己的想法装修。

请教大家这种方式你们能接受吗？另一半能否同意呢？另外大家觉得这种方式有什么弊端？
