《信用卡理财》一书讲到，Visa 信用卡绑定 Paypal 操作流程比万事达更简单，想请教大家，双/全币种的 Visa 、万事达或运通卡，在 Paypal 国际版注册和绑定流程上是否有明显区别。
如果有，万事达的操作比 Visa 复杂在哪里，比如验证的手机号需要美国号码之类的吗？
