[iPhone] 蜂窝网络模式下所有应用都卡死，无法点击，有人遇到过这种情况吗

蜂窝网络模式下所有应用都卡死，无法点击
但是系统层级的触控不受影响，可以正常退出应用、打开应用
大部分系统应用可以正常使用，需要翻墙的应用也可以，tg 、ig 、thread 都可以
微信、支付宝、抖音、淘宝这些都是点两下就卡死
以上都是用手机网络产生的问题，一旦连上 Wi-Fi 就都正常
在升级最新 iOS18 beta 版本后发现的问题
希望有经验的大哥大姐可以帮忙解决下问题，谢谢

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
