需求：实现对子网络中的终端只能访问指定 ip

目前通过 Tl-r470gp-ac 这台路由器行为控制实现了这个功能，但是生产中的网络环境不同，在生产中需要目标终端机 ip 固定，所以我将路由器设置成了桥接模式，现在路由器和上层网络处于同一网络，但是这时路由器透明了，行为控制失效，请问我要怎么做才能既满足 ip 在上层网段中，又能进行行为控制
