[问与答] 交流时跟不上对方思路

最近发现这个情况越来越严重了。讨论问题和听人讲话的时候感觉会跟不上对方思路，别人都听明白自己却一头雾水。举个简单例子，别人在估算面积，说 3.1488 ，很快就得出 200 多平方，自己一起和对方确认时根本无法估算完就过去了（事后自己一个人可以正常估算出结果）；甚至在问路的时候，左拐...右拐...直行...左拐...很快就蒙了；而且很多情况下，听人家讲话稍微久一点就很容易走神。 请问这属于什么情况？不知道如何改善这个情况？有没有相关的书籍、视频或者药物可以帮助改善这个情况？
