[投资] 债券 ETF 怎么进行估值

已知当前债券 ETF 的净值、利率和央行的基准利率，与未来央行的基准利率。

有两个问题：

  1. 怎么能判断当前的债券 ETF 是否属于高估了？
  2. 怎么判断在未来央行的基准利率下，这个债券 ETF 的净值应该是多少？

考虑到风险收益，这里讨论的是国债 ETF ，默认无风险。

有什么资料可以推荐吗？
