[macOS] Mac 微信消息延迟几分钟

升级到新系统后，Mac 微信接收消息延迟几分钟，或者发消息转圈，同样网络环境手机没问题。

macOS 15.0 (24A335) WeChat Version 3.8.8 (28538)

另外是 WeChat ，不是 Wexin ，不清楚是不是这个影响，但是手机又没问题，也不清楚是不是 surge 新版的缘故？清理了 DNS 缓存也没用，大家有什么好的排除办法吗
