[Apple] 请教几个京东以旧换新的问题

第一次尝试京东以旧换新，有几个问题请教大家。 1.“携带原装充电器一并回收”。这是必须的吗？ iPhone 12 倒没有充电器，但是充电线他还要？ 2.“妥善包装，寄出前拍照留存”。实际是京东预约取件，还需要我提前(泡沫)包装？ 3.“检测时可能需打开前/后盖，不会对机器使用造成影响”。拆前会电话确认吗？不然拆完了再压价这可咋办？苹果官方也不会再要拆盖机 tradein 了吧？ 谢谢！
