[问与答] 人生真的是无处不是坑，请问我该怎么降低风险

今天真是天降横祸，前段时间把爸爸妈妈接到杭州常住，我家新房子没装修没法住，就给我们爸爸妈妈租了一个房子，签了一年合同，房东知道我要装修想做我家装修生意，但我觉得价格太贵，然后她就翻脸了，耍无赖让我半年到期就搬走，还说到时候要好好检查破损。

请问我该怎么降低风险？这家人一看就是耍无赖的人=。=
