[酷工作] 有没有远程，兼职测试 or 开发的大佬给点指导

1.感觉目前公司就快凉了
2.当前所处的城市岗位也少
3.年纪也 30 多了
担心被炒之后会脱产，想提前多找一份工作。也想提高一下自己的收入。目前公司有的都是一些烂透了的项目（真的恶心）
想请求有远程兼职/全职经验的大佬，通常在哪里找工作，目前知道的有 linkin （但是要国外电话号码还没注册），电鸭（感觉岗位不多），web3 （没搞过 web3 ）
个人主力是开发，想优先找测试，是自己有写测试脚本的经验，想对开发来说耗时没那么高（个人偏见
