[程序员] 秋招薪资，谈薪方法求教

最近收到了几个 offer ，但是由于当时面试时不敢多要薪资，而且报出的薪资是在 offershow 大家公布过的正常薪资，然后最近发现部分同学相同岗位拿的比我多，然后我想问问有没有大家知道的好用的谈薪技巧
