[Steam] 美区 steam 充值购买问题

已经成功注册了美区 steam
购买游戏的时候准备使用 visa/master 卡，当然是国内发行的卡

填写的时候需要填名字和地址
这个地址是随便选个免税州，还是怎么说？

我之前一个帐号随便填的（包括名字）结果不给我用，上传了银行流水也不行，非要身份证等隐私信息
