[随想] 买房 15%的首付 觉得挺吓人的

不考虑人口增减
假设房子是 100w
首付不靠借
首付 30%的时候 存款 30w 的人进场了
那现在只有 15w 存款的人 也进场买房了
那后面呢 新房子还找得到人来买吗
潜在的购买力是下降的吧
而且经济实力本身不足够的人群 抗风险能力也不足
不知道这样想 是不是不对
有点细思极恐
