[VXNA] 收录地址修改申请

原来提交了收录申请也通过了，但最近把博客地址迁移到 k1r.in ，虽说原来的 RSS 地址和文章地址都做了 301 重定向也都能正常访问，但总归不如修改来的好。

原收录地址： https://blog.krdw.site/atom.xml
现申请修改为： https://k1r.in/rss.xml

麻烦站长 @livid 修改一下了，我保证不再瞎折腾了，之前主要是第一次搭博客很多都是初尝试。
