[天津] 小区路边停车忽然收费，可把我坑惨了

小区侧门马路，之前也一直停，也没有收费告示，中秋回来就停路边了，今天从侧门过，发现车窗有收费条，扫码一看，400 ，打算开走，结果，结果，结果，今天限号！ 犹豫了一下，还是一天 80 的停车费比 200 的限行罚款便宜，再来一天吧
