[职场话题] 公司领导找我谈话，不签降薪协议立马走人

前情如上，今天周一，我拒绝签降薪协议，领导找谈话，让我下午和 HR 谈补偿金的问题，说公司经营困难，只能给 N+1 的三成。我朋友也是其它公司的 hr ，咨询了他，他跟说底线就是 N ，+1 可以谈，能要到最好，没要到也能接受。请问我还应该如何应对，有什么要注意的吗？
