[职场话题] 阿里的 offer 对焦是不是在备胎 PK？

HRG 面后过了一周了，问进度就说是在 offer 对焦中。

手里其他的 offer 快拖不住了，请教下 v 友们，接了其他 offer 走了正常背调流程，后面拒了再接更好的 offer 会不会重复走背调？
