之前开发了一半没弄完，前几天刷到 v2 有朋友开发了个这个。又把这个小程序用起来了。

之前一直没认证小程序，名字搜索不到。直接贴码吧。

空了再添加一些功能。

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
