一台 Ubuntu Server 22.04.2，就正常 docker 跑几个服务，很久也没管，但是今天在 apt upgrade 的时候，报错如下

Ubuntu Server 22.04.2，就正常 docker 跑几个服务，很久也没管，但是今天在apt upgrade的时候，报错如下搜了下应该是
libc6版本过高，我记得好像上半年也遇到过有服务器出现这个问题，这个是什么情况呢？本机装的环境组件也很少，除了docker，就装了个build-essential，实际上这个也用不到，就 docker 里面跑几个程序。但是现在出现这个libc6版本过高的问题？关键是现在用apt命令也无法升级、安装、卸载，用它提示的--fix-broken选项毛用没有。有大佬知道为什么会出这个问题，怎么解决吗？
