[骑行] 汽车机油能用在单车链条上吗

搜了一下网上普遍是以下两种说法，不知真假

1：能用——容易沾灰，时间长不搭理会有损链条寿命

2：非常润滑好用

有试过的 v 友麻烦说说吧。机油有用剩的，不想浪费
