[macOS] 请问 xib interface builder 文档在哪

想修改一个开源 macOS app ，项目是 objc + xib
找了半天没找到 xib interface builder 官方完整文档(我想了一下这种文档岂不是还要有 xcode 的截图？然后还有 xcode 版本问题！)，都是一些零碎的博客文章
有 macOS app 开发者知道这该上哪学吗，你们自己是如何学的，有推荐的书吗
现在都是 swiftui

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
