[问与答] 用妙控板可以改善手腕酸痛吗

最近感觉手腕有点不舒服，用鼠标时很明显。

请教一下各位，如果改用妙控板会不会好一点，平时使用 MacBook 合盖接显示器。

Chrome (Desktop)
