[程序员] 对大厂职级晋升考核标准的好奇

一个人如果专业能力达标，但是在日常工作中 kpi 完成情况为一般水平，没有做出过卓越贡献，是否应该准许晋升？反过来说，是否普遍存在未按专业能力评判晋升资格的情况？

换句话说，职级体系到底是为谁服务的？是公司/部门的 工作目标 or 专业体系的建立？
