[视频技术] 求视频监控解决方案

要部署几千个摄像头，分布在全国各地，网络使用物联网路由器上网

基本需求：

想实现活动检测上报，拍照，在管理端控制台(web)上能查看某个摄像头的实时画面

高级需求：
检测到有人活动，就给服务器上报
服务器下发指令，可以转动摄像头，拍照，录像，查看实时画面

这个方向哪位大佬有经验？指点一下我

最好流媒体服务器也是开源的，用云服务也行

Configure browser push notifications
Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
